Mopar offers three different types of extended warranties. There are three levels of Powertrain Care: Basic, Added Care Plus, and Intensive Care. Road Hazard Tire and Wheel coverage can be added to these policies. But before we go any further, what is Mopar’s car protection?
Some parts covered with a warranty are brake lines, air conditioner compressor, head gasket, airbag, camshaft, transmission, engines, and cylinders. The braking system does not include rotors, pads, drums, and shoes.
Those who want to extend the initial warranty of their essential car or powertrain should consider a powertrain repair program, the first in this process. Depending on your needs, you can get protection for up to 7 years and 100,000 miles or lifelong. Deductibles range from zero to $ 100.
The system includes engine components such as an oil pump, valve covers, oil pan, large charger, water pump, and housing. It also contains transmissions, rear wheels, front wheels, steering wheel, air conditioning, and more.
